Alberta Mental Health – 780-342-2388
This local office offers supports and services for youth and adults experiencing mental health issues covering a wide range of emotional and personal difficulties. The clinic provides assessment, referral, treatment, and outreach services. There is also a 24 hour crisis line (1-888-255-3353). Mental health is located in the Fort Saskatchewan Community Hospital. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This is a free confidential service. Click here for their website

Boys and Girls Club Youth and Family Support Program - 780-992-0103
This program offers a variety of support and assistance services to individuals, youth, parents, families, and support groups. Focus is on personal growth and development, school, home life, bullying and peer challenges, alternative measures and youth justice placements, etc. Generally services are free of charge.

Families First Society is a non-profit organization that works in partnership with many community agencies to offer a variety of programs and services that promote positive parenting and early childhood development to families with young children ages 0-6 years. Families First Society offers parent education, programs for young children to learn and play, family support services, as well as information and referral to other programs/services in the community that may benefit families. Click here for their website

Fort Saskatchewan Family and Community Support Services - 780-992-6267      
FCSS offers a confidential professional counselling service for individuals, couples and families. There is a cost for this service (but not for calling!). Click here for their website

Kid's Help Phone - 1-800-668-6868                                                                           
This is a toll-free, 24-hour, bilingual and anonymous phone counselling, referral and Internet service for children and youth. Every day, professional counsellors provide immediate, caring support to young people in urban and rural communities across the country.
